- 1 red bell pepper (diced)

- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the red bell pepper, mincing the garlic, and chopping the cilantro.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet.

- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Return shrimp to the skillet along with chopped cilantro and drizzle with sauce. Stir to combine.
