  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 28 oz canned crushed tomatoes (for sauce)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for sauce)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Using wet hands, form the mixture into small meatballs (about 2 inches in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
