  • 4 slices thick bread (like sourdough or Texas toast)
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  4. Place cheese slices on top of the meat mixture, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until melted (about 3 minutes).
  5. Butter one side of each slice of bread. In another pan over medium-low heat, place the bread butter-side down.
  6. Assemble by scooping the cheesy meat mixture onto one slice of bread and topping it with another slice (butter side up). Grill until golden brown on both sides (about 3 minutes each).
