- 1 oz ranch dressing mix (1 packet)
- 1 oz au jus gravy mix (1 packet)
- 4–6 pepperoncini peppers, whole
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Sear the chuck roast in a hot skillet with oil until browned on all sides.
- Transfer the seared roast to a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing and au jus gravy mixes evenly over the roast.
- Place pepperoncini peppers on top and pour in half of their brine.
- Add butter on top of the ingredients.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until fork-tender.
