- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa or pico de gallo
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or turkey until browned; drain excess fat and season with taco seasoning.
- Layer the cooked meat over the chips, followed by black beans and shredded cheese. Add jalapeños on top.
