  • 2 Bone-In Ribeye Steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Place ribeye steaks in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).

  4. Remove steaks from marinade (reserve marinade) and grill for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (130°F).
  5. Brush reserved marinade onto steaks during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. Let the steaks rest for about 5 minutes before serving with sides.
