  • 1 lb Chicken wings cooked and seasoned
  • 1 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
Cheese Appetizers
  • 1 lb Cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1 lb Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Blue cheese crumbled
Dips and Spreads
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Spinach artichoke dip
Skewers
  • 1 lb Grilled chicken cubed
  • 1 lb Pineapple cubed
  • 1 lb Bell peppers cubed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and cutting them as needed.
  2. Cook chicken wings and shrimp, seasoning to taste.
  3. Cube cheese and prepare dips in serving bowls.
Assembly
  1. Arrange vegetables on a platter with hummus for dipping.
  2. Place cooked shrimp and chicken wings on serving platters.
  3. Create cheese boards with assorted cheeses and dips.
  4. Assemble skewers with chicken, pineapple, and bell peppers.
