Ingredients
  

Burgers
  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 blend for juiciness
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese optional
  • 4 pieces Burger buns toasted
Grilled Corn
  • 4 ears Corn on the cob husked
  • 2 tbsp Butter for serving
  • 1 tsp Salt for seasoning
Berry Salad
  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Honey for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Burgers
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, adding cheese during the last minute if desired.
  3. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Grill the Corn
  1. Place the husked corn directly on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
  2. Remove from grill and brush with butter and sprinkle with salt.
Make the Berry Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  2. Drizzle with honey and lemon juice, then toss gently to combine.
Assemble the Platter
  1. On a large serving platter, arrange the grilled burgers, corn on the cob, and berry salad.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy your 4th of July celebration!
