  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
Garnish
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries for garnish
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries for garnish

Method

Prepare Red Layer
  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, then add cold water. Mix well.
  2. Pour the red Jello mixture into clear cups, filling them about one-third full. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Prepare White Layer
  1. In a separate bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in boiling water. Stir until dissolved, then mix in sweetened condensed milk and cold water.
  2. Once the red layer is set, gently pour the white layer over the red layer in the cups. Refrigerate for another hour until set.
Prepare Blue Layer
  1. In another bowl, dissolve the blue raspberry Jello in boiling water. Stir until dissolved, then add cold water.
  2. Once the white layer is set, carefully pour the blue layer over the white layer in the cups. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
Serve
  1. Before serving, top each cup with whipped cream, fresh blueberries, and sliced strawberries for garnish.

Notes

For best results, ensure each layer is fully set before adding the next layer to prevent mixing.
