Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
Cream
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cake
  • 1 package angel food cake store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Prepare the Whipped Cream
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chilled heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
Assemble the Trifle
  1. Cut the angel food cake into cubes.
  2. In a trifle dish, layer half of the cake cubes at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of half of the strawberries and blueberries.
  4. Spread half of the whipped cream over the fruit.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining cake, fruit, and whipped cream.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover the trifle with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive dessert!

Notes

For an extra touch, you can garnish with additional berries or mint leaves before serving.
