  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce your favorite brand
  • 4 pieces Hot Dogs
  • 4 pieces Hamburger Buns
  • 1 pound Ground Beef for burgers
Sides
  • 2 cups Coleslaw prepared
  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob fresh
  • 1 cup Potato Salad prepared
Beverages
  • 2 liters Lemonade homemade or store-bought
  • 1 liter Iced Tea sweetened or unsweetened
Dessert
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream for topping

Method
 

Grilling the Main Dishes
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in BBQ sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. Grill hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  5. Form ground beef into patties and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Preparing the Sides
  1. Boil corn on the cob in salted water for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. Serve coleslaw and potato salad in separate bowls.
Serving Beverages
  1. Prepare lemonade and iced tea in a beverage dispenser.
  2. Serve chilled with ice in glasses.
Plating the Dessert
  1. Combine fresh berries in a bowl and serve with whipped cream on top.
