Ingredients
  

Puffed Pastry
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Thawed if frozen
Vegetables
  • 1 bunch Asparagus Trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
Meat
  • 4 slices Prosciutto Thinly sliced
Eggs
  • 4 large Eggs Beaten
Cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Pastry
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place it on a baking sheet.
Cook the Asparagus
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the asparagus pieces for about 5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Dish
  1. Layer the prosciutto over the puff pastry, followed by the sautéed asparagus. Pour the beaten eggs over the top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the eggs are set.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve warm.

Feel free to add herbs like thyme or chives for extra flavor.
