Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn Husked and cut into ribs
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lime lime juice Freshly squeezed
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Method
 

Prepare the Corn Ribs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Husk the corn and cut each ear into quarters to create ribs.
Season the Corn
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Toss the corn ribs in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
Bake the Corn Ribs
  1. Arrange the seasoned corn ribs on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
