Chocolate Coating
  • 8 oz dark chocolate chopped or chips
  • 2 oz white chocolate for drizzling
Strawberries
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries washed and dried

Method
 

Prepare Chocolate
  1. Set up a double boiler and melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Dip Strawberries
  1. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted dark chocolate, coating it evenly.
  2. Place the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle White Chocolate
  1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or double boiler.
  2. Using a fork, drizzle the melted white chocolate over the chocolate covered strawberries.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the strawberries for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to avoid seizing the chocolate.
