Method
 

Marinating and Grilling
  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in your favorite BBQ sauce for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F.
  3. Oil the grill grates lightly with a paper towel dipped in vegetable oil.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on the grill, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip the chicken carefully using tongs, grilling for another 6-7 minutes on the other side until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  6. Rest the chicken off the grill for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
