Method
Marinating and Grilling
- Marinate the chicken breasts in your favorite BBQ sauce for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F.
- Oil the grill grates lightly with a paper towel dipped in vegetable oil.
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on one side.
- Flip the chicken carefully using tongs, grilling for another 6-7 minutes on the other side until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Rest the chicken off the grill for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Optional: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness!
