Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 pound Ground Beef 80/20 blend for juiciness
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Toppings
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese or your favorite cheese
  • 4 buns Burger Buns toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato Tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pickles sliced
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mustard

Method
 

Prepare the Patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
Grill the Burgers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  3. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
