  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Method

Prepare the Ribs
  1. Preheat your grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor and tenderness.
  3. Mix all dry rub ingredients in a bowl and generously coat the ribs with the mixture.
Cook the Ribs
  1. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on the grill.
  2. Cook for 4-5 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature.
  3. After 4 hours, check for tenderness; they should be tender and pull away from the bone.
Finish with BBQ Sauce
  1. Unwrap the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce.
  2. Increase the grill temperature to 350°F (177°C) and cook for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more sauce halfway through.
  3. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the ribs overnight with the dry rub.
