For the Pasta

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water and add your favorite pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add bite-sized chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, around 6-8 minutes.
  3. Toss in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta, fresh spinach, and a generous squeeze of lemon juice. Mix everything together for 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes for an extra kick. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
