Ingredients
  

Frittata Base
  • 6 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk whole or low-fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup fresh basil chopped
Cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped basil, halved cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
  2. Cook for about 5 minutes, gently lifting the edges with a spatula to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.
  3. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the frittata is set and lightly golden.
  4. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into wedges to serve.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. This frittata can be customized with other vegetables or herbs as desired.
