Fries
  • 4 cups Frozen French Fries Or homemade fries
Beef Topping
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Cooked and seasoned
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Sliced JalapeƱos Optional
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream For drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup For drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Mustard For drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Fries
  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
Cook the Beef
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
Assemble the Loaded Fries
  1. Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the cooked beef evenly over the fries.
  2. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, then return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Add Toppings
  1. Remove the loaded fries from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, jalapeƱos, sour cream, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
