Ingredients
  

Wings
  • 2 pounds chicken wings fresh or thawed
Peach Habanero Sauce
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 2 habanero peppers finely chopped adjust for spice level
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Wings
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the Wings
  1. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peach preserves, chopped habanero peppers, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.
Coat the Wings
  1. Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large mixing bowl and pour the peach habanero sauce over them.
  2. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated in the sauce.
Serve
  1. Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra kick, add more habanero peppers or serve with a spicy dipping sauce.
