Ingredients
  

Fruit Mixture
  • 2 cups fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, or blueberries) chopped
  • 1 cup fruit juice (e.g., orange juice or coconut water) for added sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Fruit Mixture
  1. In a blender, combine the chopped fresh fruit, fruit juice, and honey or maple syrup.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Fill the Molds
  1. Pour the fruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  2. Insert sticks into the molds.
Freeze
  1. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
  1. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  2. Enjoy your homemade fruit popsicles!

Notes

You can customize the fruit and juice combinations based on your preferences. For a creamier texture, consider adding yogurt or coconut cream.
