Preparation
- Slice the beef sirloin thinly against the grain and set aside.
- Prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell peppers, carrots, and trimming the broccoli and snap peas.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, ginger, and garlic to create the sauce.
Cooking
- Heat the wok over high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
