Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 lb bok choy washed and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil for flavor
Oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil for sautéing

Method
 

Sautéing
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat the bok choy evenly.
  5. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
