- Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and spices. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F. Fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 12-15 minutes per side.
