Ingredients
  

For the Burger Patties
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend for best flavor
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Bowl
  • 4 cups mixed greens such as arugula, spinach, and romaine
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Burger Patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined and form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. In serving bowls, layer mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and red onion.
  2. Place a grilled burger patty on top of each bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over each bowl and serve immediately.
