Ingredients
  

Proteins
  • 3 lbs Ground beef Cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning
  • 2 lbs Shredded chicken Cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning
  • 2 lbs Black beans Canned, drained, and rinsed
Tortillas
  • 30 pieces Corn tortillas Warmed
  • 30 pieces Flour tortillas Warmed
Toppings
  • 4 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 3 cups Diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Sliced jalapeƱos
  • 1 cup Chopped cilantro
Seasonings
  • 3 tbsp Taco seasoning For beef and chicken
  • 1 tbsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tbsp Pepper To taste

Method
 

Prepare Proteins
  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning. Set aside.
  2. In a separate pot, heat shredded chicken with taco seasoning until warmed through. Set aside.
  3. Heat black beans in a small pot until warmed. Set aside.
Prepare Toppings
  1. Chop and prepare all toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, jalapeƱos, and cilantro.
Set Up Taco Bar
  1. Arrange proteins, tortillas, and toppings on a large table or buffet area.
  2. Provide serving utensils for each item and encourage guests to build their own tacos.

Notes

Feel free to customize the toppings and proteins based on dietary preferences. Consider adding additional sides like rice or chips.
