Watermelon Honey Base
  • 4 cups watermelon seedless, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional for extra sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare Watermelon
  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
Blend Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, honey (if using), and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Strain Mixture
  1. Pour the blended mixture through a strainer into a container to remove pulp.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the watermelon honey for at least 30 minutes before serving. Drizzle over desserts or mix into drinks.

Notes

Watermelon honey can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
