Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, finely crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Pat dry and chop finely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, and chopped strawberries. Mix until creamy.
  3. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the fridge for about 1 hour until firm.

  6. Dip each chilled truffle in melted chocolate and return to the parchment paper to set.
